Day 11 - Cardio X

I just finished cardio x...it's 10pm.  Today has been a full day but I'm glad I still managed to get this workout in.  My menu for the day was:

Breakfast: Pure Protein Oatmeal Square 200 cal, 10g protein
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad, 370
Snack: Lays Chips, 150 cal
Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken w/ Rice, 870 cal
Snack: Yoplus yogurt, 110 cal

Total Calories:1,700
Calories burned from P90X: 600
Net: 1,100
