Day 7 - Day Off

Sundays will always be my day off since I started this program on Monday and I like it that way.  Amy, Drew & I went to our favorite restaurant, Gloria's, to celebrate me completing my first week of P90X with no skips.  I'm really proud of myself for staying committed each day not only with the DVD's but also with the nutrition plan.    Here's what my menu was:

Breakfast: Protein Square
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Sandwich from whataburger w/ a side salad
Snack: Pure protein bar
Dinner: Gloria's chicken fajitas (3 tortillas worth)
Snack: chocolate non-fat yogurt

Total Calories: 2,200
