Day 5 - Legs and Back / Ab Ripper X

Yesterday was legs and back which is always painful.  I'm probably the least flexible person ever.  The workout was intense and I made it through it.  The Ab Ripper workout was a beating....had to take a few breaks from it hurting so bad.  My menu for the day was:

Breakfast: Homemade Smoothie w/ Protein powder
Lunch: Chick-fil-a Southwest Salad
Snack: Pure Protein Square, raisins
Dinner: Spinach Salad w/ turkey bacon
Snack: Dreyers Frozen Strawberry Bar

Total Calories:1,360
Calories burned from P90X: 600
Net: 460

Kenpo is up next...my favorite!
